Dear Parents/Guardians,

As part of our ongoing dedication to your child(ren)'s learning, and as we are approaching Winter Break, we are excited for the opportunity to engage the students in an educational, active field trip. 

 

On Thursday, December 21st, students will come to school and engage in school periods normally. During lunch time, they will be going to Activate's active-gaming facility in Burlington and return at the end of the school day. Activate includes a selection of interactive light-up game rooms designed to engage children in exciting physical activities. You can learn more at Activate Burlington. 

 

Who: Grade 6, 7, and 8 Boys
When: Thursday, December 21, 2023 (students are still expected to arrive to the school campus and leave on the usual time)
Where: Activate Burlington
Fee: $35

 

Here are a few reminders: 

• Students are still expected to arrive and leave during the usual times

• Students should still bring their packed lunch with them to school. 

• Students need to bring a water bottle with them. 

• Students MUST wear the school's GYM uniform

Step 1: Complete the Field Trip Permission Form

 

Step 2: Complete the Player Registration and Waiver

 

 

Alfajrul Bassem Academy’s policy requires each child to have advance written permission to go on a field trip. Students who do not have prior submitted permission will not be able to participate in the field trip and will be asked to return home.
