Grade 7/8 Girls Summer Camp – Overnight Cottage Trip Information
Assalamu Alaikum,
Dear Parents,
Please note that this email is for the Grade 7/8 Girls Summer Camp.
As outlined in our Summer Camp registration package, the final day, Thursday concludes this our last week of camp and will be followed by our special overnight cottage trip during the week of July 27. Please find all the important details below.
We are excited to invite your daughter to join us for a memorable overnight cottage trip. This special experience will focus on spiritual reflection, personal growth, and strengthening her relationship with Allah while also enjoying fun activities together in a safe, welcoming, and Islamic environment.
Cottage Location
1210 Lakeshore Road West, St. Catharines, ON L2R 6P9, Canada
Dates & Transportation
Departure: Tuesday, July 28
Please drop your daughter off at 700 Kerr Street, Oakville at 1:30 PM. We will depart for the cottage shortly afterward.
Return: Wednesday, July 29
Please pick up your daughter at 700 Kerr Street, Oakville. We expect to return at approximately 6:00 PM. Any updates regarding our arrival time will be communicated to parents.
Trip Fee
The total cost of the trip is $230, which includes:

Device Policy
To encourage students to enjoy the outdoors and spend meaningful time with one another, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, and other electronic devices are not permitted.
Students may bring a phone if needed. Upon arrival, phones will be collected by staff for safekeeping. At the cottage, phones will be stored in a designated phone room where students may access them whenever necessary before returning them for storage.
Clothing Guidelines
Please ensure that all clothing, including sportswear, swimwear, and pyjamas, is modest and Islamically appropriate (long sleeves and clothing that extends below the knees).
For swimming, students must bring an Islamically appropriate burkini.
Many activities will take place outdoors, so please send clothing that your daughter does not mind getting dirty.
