Dear Parents of Grade 8 to 12 Parents,

We are excited to invite your son and his peers to participate in a special camp trip in the winter break, where they will develop teamwork, build self-confidence/ independence, and build a sense of community with their teachers/friends by participating in different indoor/ outdoor activities. 

Activities
Activities include indoor/outdoor and winter activities.

Time
Buses will leave on Sunday, December 29th, from 2333 Wyecroft Road at 6:30 AM (Fajr Prayer will be held at 6:15 am in the school mosque) and return to 2333 Wyecroft Road on Monday, December 30th, at 4 PM. 

Pickup/Drop-off:
School buses will not transport students to their houses. Parents must drop students off at school, and pick them up when returned.

Price
The total feels for the trip will be ($205) which includes:
- transportation
- full meal schedules
- Night accommodation (overnight stay)

Please note: In the event that additional outdoor activities or rentals become available, there may be an extra charge. Examples of these activities could include snowshoeing, skiing, ice skating, or other equipment-based adventures offered at the venue. The final cost for these optional activities will depend on the number of participants and availability. Once we confirm the group size and finalize all details, you will be notified of any additional costs in advance.
