Kindly note that our school no longer accepts any waitlist reservations for Grade 6 and up, as there is rarely any availability due to reaching full capacity.
Before completing the Waitlist Registration below, please read the following points carefully:
Registering your child on the waitlist DOES NOT guarantee a spot in the school as there are only a few number of seats that become available each year and entry to these seats follows a waiting-list priority structure, as detailed below.
There is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $50 to register on the waiting list

The waiting list follows the following priority structure:
Children of full-time or part-time staff
Siblings of current students
Siblings of formerly enrolled students
Date of registration to the waiting list
Should a spot become available to only one of your children, other siblings will receive higher priority in upcoming school years
OUR ADMISSION PROCESS
Thank you for considering AB Academy for the education and development of your child. We are honored that you have trusted us to nurture and guide them on their educational journey.
Here is a guideline for the admission process at AB Academy:
Payment of Fees
→ The first step in the registration process is to register your child on the waitlist using the “Waitlist” Form under “Admissions” using the website’s menu. A non-refundable ($50) fee is required for all waitlist applications. Once an available seat is confirmed for your child, our admissions office will contact you to register for the school’s entry assessment.
If a seat is not available for your child this year, they will not lose their waitlist position for the next year. However, if the admission offer is rejected, your child’s seat will be lost.
→ Once your child’s seat is confirmed, you will be asked to provide three most recent report cards for your child (depending on grade level). Addiotionally, your child will be scheduled for an entry assessment which includes assessing for English, Math, Arabic, and Quran. This assessment will provide us with an understanding of your child's academic strengths and areas for improvement. A non-refundable ($150) fee is required for all entry assessments.
→ After passing the entry assessment, you will be invited to an interview with the Principal and School Board. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you and for you to ask any questions you may have.
Acceptance & Registration Package
→ The admissions office will provide you with instructions on accessing the ‘Parent’s School’s Portal’ in which you will be able to complete and submit required registration information/documents for your child. A school account can not be generated for your child unless required information and documentation is complete.
Payment of Fees
→ Our Financial Department will reach out to you with a breakdown of payments and account transactions for the year. Once payment has been received, your child will be officially enrolled in AB Academy.
